Summary :
A poor family in Bangladesh find themselves blessed with an unexpected windfall they don't know what to do with in this comedy-drama from filmmaker Golam Rabbany Biplob. Fazlu (Mahmuduzzaman Babu) is a poor but ha ppy man who supports his family as a street peddler, with his son Ratan (Ratan) pitching in when he can. After an especially good day, Fazlu treats himself to a pair of second-hand trousers, but when his wife (Rokeya Prachy) is getting them ready for the wash, she discovers a large wad of money was left in the pocket. Fazlu is certain he's struck it rich, but since he can't read, he isn't sure what nation the money comes from or how much it's worth, so he asks Siraj (Fazlur Rahman Babu), who he considers the smartest man in the village, for help. Siraj is willing to help Fazlu in exchange for a piece of the action, but some research reveals the closest place that where they can exchange the bills is in the distant city of Dhaka. The men make a copy of one of the banknotes and give it to a friend of Siraj who is planning a trip to Dhaka and can find out what it's worth. As they wait for the verdict, Fazlu finds his sister-in-law Rehana (Shamima Islam Tusti) is trying to lure him away from his wife, while Fazlu's spouse is hoping the money will pay for an operation to mend the wounded leg of their daughter Asma (Shoma). However, while the family bickers over what to do with their new fortune, Siraj's pal learns the cash is old currency from Zaire that's been worthless for years.
